We obtain this data directly from our users, through registration in our application or by entering payment card information.

The criteria for determining the retention period are based on the fulfilment of the purpose for processing and the subsequent legal retention period. If the data are no longer required for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations, they are periodically deleted.

4. Providing the application and creating log files.

Each time you use our application, our system automatically records data and information from the computer system of the calling computer/phone in so-called log files. The following data is collected: the user's IP address, browser type and version (for the web portal), the operating system used, the referring URL, the host name of the accessing computer/phone, the unique device ID (for the mobile application), the time of the request and the server.

These data are also stored in our system log files. These data are not stored together with other personal data of the user. Nor are these data merged with other data sources.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary for the correct functioning of the application. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the entire duration of the session.

The storage in log files is carried out to ensure the functionality of the application. In addition, we use this data to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. Data evaluation for marketing purposes is not carried out in this context.

These purposes are also our legitimate interest in processing the data according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The data will be deleted once it is no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collection for the provision of the JukeDJ app, this is at the point at which the relevant session ends.

In the case of storage in log files, the data will be deleted after 365 days at the latest.

The collection of data for the provision of the application and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the application. The user therefore has no possibility to object.
